Reached by a private pathway and wooden bridge, The Rice House is entered through antique hand carved Balinese doors that guard the walled garden. Steps run up the side of the villa to a gushing Balinese stone-carved fountain, with a lawn beyond, to the main raised ground floor level of The Rice House. Outside, a detached Balinese bathroom with a high thatched roof, and sandstone walls, is two steps away from the main entrance. The living room is spacious and bright with wooden beamed ceiling, and large windows on all sides. The front of the villa features a full length door window and fully opens onto the large covered balcony with al-fresco dining for 6 while enjoying the ocean views.
