The home provide a level of privacy rarely attained in homes with a similar set up. The home is entered on the second floor which leads into the open plan living floor and dining. The layouts of the living areas are open plan with views across the pool from both kitchens.
The master bedroom on the second level with awesome views and another 4 guest bedroom on the ground floor. All 5 bedroom have their own private bathroom with baht tub, sepertae toilet and shower. The lounge areas open onto the garden and pool respectively. The poolside cottage has a sunroom perfect for relaxing in air conditioned comfort whist taking in the scenery.
Services include daily maid service from the English speaking house staff. The staff are able to assist with laundry requirements and reservations. Alternately, PIPS staff is but a call away to facilitate excursions and arrangements.
The house is perfectly positioned for excursions to the beach at Kamala or the nightlife of Patong. Days of Golf can be enjoyed at the nearby Laguna course or forays further a field would lead to Loch Palm or Blue Canyon 30 minutes away.
